Report on his death has been confirmed by the National Chairman of NCCR-Mageuzi, James Mbatia.
Director of Constitutional, Law and Human Rights of the NCCR-Reform, Dr. Sengondo Mvungi died yesterday afternoon in South African while he was undergoing treatment after being wounded by people who believed to be thugs.
Report of his death has been confirmed by the National Chairman of NCCR-Reform, James J. Mbatia.
Dr Mvungi who was also a member of the Commission on Constitutional Reform was wounded in the head with swords in November 3, this year at his home Kibamba Msakuzi, just outside the city of Dar es Salaam and admitted at Orthopaedic Institute of Allied (Moi) and later transferred to Milpark Hospital , Johannesbarg, South Africa where he died.
