The health status of member of the Constitutional Review Commission , Dr Sengondo Mvungi who is admitted at Millpark Hospital in South Africa is described as critical .
Nominated MP , James J. Mbatia speaking yesterday in Parliament in Dodoma when contributing Bill Constitutional Amendment said, given the worsening envoy , asked Tanzanians continue to pray for him.
His arms round said, "Since we are talking of the constitution with one of its members, Dr. Mvungi is sick, we need to make this process by putting forward the interests of the nation .
"His condition is still too bad there at Millpark hospital and needs to be prayed for , so all Tanzanians pray for him, " said J. Mbatia who is also the Chairman of NCCR - Mageuzi .
Citizen newspaper has received information from the hospital where the ICU unit confirmed that Dr.Mvungi the condition is not good and is now in intensive care .
Doctor of the unit who did not want to disclose his name said, he continue to make every academic approach to saving the lives of Tanzanians .
"We are doing all we can to remove him from the situation because he has suffered more in the nerves. We are trying , "he said.
Health Ministry spokesman , Nsachris Mwamaja said the ministry closely monitors the progress of Dr. Mvungi although he can not say anything because the matter is handled by the family.
