Coco denies having butt job done when accused by a fan but other fans don't believe her

So, new mum Coco posted this nice photo of herself on her IG page, a fan saw it and said that her butt wasn't real and that she had gel injected into, Coco in her usual fashion responded to the fan denying that her butt was fake.
