Chile wins Copa America after beating Argentina 4-2 on penalty kicks

Chile and Argentina played the Copa America final Sunday night. After full time, it was 0-0, then they entered extra time, still 0-0 then it went into penalty kicks. Lionel Messi played the first penalty kick for Argentina but missed. The game ended 4-2 to Chile
