IN an unusual situation , the session of the House of Councillors Ilemela Municipal Council in Mwanza , fails to take place after the outbreak of the client bitter dispute between the mayor and councilors of Chadema .
The incident happened Thursday morning in the auditorium of the council , after the mayor, Henry Matata , three councilors urging , she claimed chased them out with details that are not valid members of the council.
Councilors who allegedly chased and Matata is Marietha Chenyenge Ilemela Ward , Abubakar unmarried Nyamanoro County and the County of rumba, Dany Kahungu Chadema out .
Due to the order of Matata , the councilors were on strike from outside the venue , claiming that they are valid for the Council of the Municipal Council and that they were dismissed against the rules and regulations of the country.
Vicious was chosen by six of the 14 councilors of the municipality, thus failing to meet the quorum of two-thirds of the members are legal, the councilors cast announced nine months ago for allegedly not attending three consecutive meetings of the council without notice.
The intense debate between the mayor and councilors Chenyenge and unmarried , broke out before the session opened.Vicious requested police assistance councilors out of them, but they could not enforce the order.
After seeing the police failed to take such steps , Matata expressed his dissatisfaction with the move , as he threatened to use his youth to consume the councilors mabaunsa hall.
