TWO KENYAN SOLDIERS HAVE BEEN JAILED FOR LOOTING DURING THE WESTGATE TERRORIST ATTACK
Nairobi , Kenya . Two Kenyan soldiers have been dismissed and jailed for an act of plunder during the terrorist attack on the Westgate building last month. This has been said by the head of the Kenya army, Julius Karangi .
Karangi has said that a third soldier who was suspected for looting is under investigation .
Karangi initially denied that the army carried out a raid on the building despite CCT images which show soldiers carrying plastic bags from one of the supermarkets within the Westgate building .
Recently Somali militants , al - Shabaab admitted to perform the attack and spoil several Kenyans who were in the building for four days .67 people were killed and hundreds of others injured.
Meanwhile, the head of criminal investigations unit in the police department , Ndegwa Muhoro said that one of the terrorists who were inside the building they call in Norway when they invaded the building.
One of the suspects of the attack has been referred to as Hassan Abdi Dhuhulow native of Somalia who has Norwegian citizenship .
Army has stated that all four terrorists who committed the attack were killed.
