Youth Assembly of CCM ( UVCCM ) is meeting today in Dodoma while the fate of the Chairman of the union, Sadifa Hamis Juma is in doubt condition .
The meeting of the Council was preceded by a session of the Implementation Committee UVCCM which took place in Dodoma yesterday evening at the White House Hall, where is the headquarters of the CCM.
Sadifa , who is also a Member of Parliament from Donge , has been complained due to various administrative problems , financial mismanagement and poor management of the part's assets .
When he was asked about the presence of the movement to take him out of his post , Sadifa only briefly replied : " Thank you I appreciate it .Even when the author asked him for three times more the ended up giving the answer: " Thank you I appreciate . "
And UVCCM Secretary General , Sixtus Mapunda , when asked by the author yesterday ,he said there was no any information program about ousting his chairman .
" Listen ,I am the Chief Executive of UVCCM , the agenda of the meeting have been already prepared and there is no such agenda . This party is driven by rules and regulations , "said Mapunada.
Mapunda who took the power August this year, when asked about the conference funded by CCM headquarters instead of the Community itself , he denied saying: "I am the one who called this meeting"

UVCCM chairman of Ruvuma Region , Alex Nchimbi explained there is no conspiracy to offer except what he might have to adjust ones offer .
Nchimbi said that UVCCM facing the problem of misuse of funds and the worst thing is there it has been a long time since they perform auditing.
He said the association get amount of Sh80 million from various projects as building situated UVCCM headquarters , but these funds are misused.
"But you will be amazed how the money is misused brother .To the end of the month the community remain with only 8 million Shillings or sometimes to 6million shillings , "he added Nchimbi .
Nchimbi added another problem is the selection of leaders without following procedures.
He said, Sadifa was appointed a secretariat before the appointment of the members of the Implementation Committee which is contrary to the rules.
He pointed out that these leaders is Head of the Department of Economics and Finance , Omar Solomon , Head of Branch and Awareness, Hope Mwakasege Omar Justus , who was appointed Head of Organiztion .
" Our Union has 10 motorcycles ,two motorcycles has been taken to Morogoro and eight to Zanzibar in his constituency . If you following its admission will discover still owned by UVCCM " , said Nchimbi .
Nchimbi also accused Sadifa positions staffed by establishing regional assistants without the blessing of the General Assembly.
" These people who could pay . We must ask ourselves what UVCCM has the money to pay regional secretaries and assistants? , "Said Nchimbi,
