National Chairman of Chama Cha Mapinduzi ( CCM ) , President Jakaya Kikwete, has expressed concern the party's defeat in local elections 2014 and 2015 general elections if its executives will continue with corruption practices .
He said that for now the party has lost hope for Tanzanians due to actions which are not noble carried by actors .
To reiterate, Kikwete said CCM prevail even if the election of 2015 , as the character they have servants and leaders within the party they will not change , it is clear that the election shall not pass in 2020.
President Kikwete gave the warning in Dodoma on Wednesday night , when he scored a four-day specialized training for secretaries and chairmen of districts and regions in the entire party .
" If we do not change in terms of corruption, in 2015 we will have a very hard time , and if this year we managed to keep the government , then in 2020 we will return to power.
" I know corruption exists and you continue to receive two hundred thousand shillings ' airtime ' (time of recharging) , my brother will not fish our journey, or others will be over, and others stuck, " he said.
He said the problem of corruption in the party's leaders is getting bigger every day which makes the citizens who are their voters to lost faith on them.
" Party leaders are indeed corrupt agents distribute without shame , I ask changes , as we continued our situation will be very difficult in the various options I tell you , " said Kikwete , who spent two hours packing the training.
He said that it is sad to see that there are some people who have started party leaders by giving them money for a tin ring to be elected in various positions as president or parliament.
He said that now exist primarily for people who have already started looking around on the pitch to contest various positions , as they penetrate corruption which continues party status .
Speaking of hate within the association, said Tanzanians have now and it has become their mind , and so do not want to be deceived , for many leaders in the party do not even know their party manifesto .
" There are some leaders in the party do not even know the manifesto of their party , rode on the platforms they started to talk about the construction of the bridge of Mkapa while the Malagarasi , people do not want to hear it, people from Ngara wants to hear information about their bridge not Mkapa bridge , " he said.
However, he said the opposition parties now operate the largest of the public to visit and listen to their problems unlike CCM which its leaders and citizens in remote locations .
" There are people who claim that CCM with die ion my hands , I want to say that CCM will never die in my hands , instead will die in your hands, " he stressed.
Kikwete said that nowadays people have an alternative to the other parties and not the CCM alone, and thus require leaders who are involved in corrupt practices immediately be removed in their place .
" We have many young people from different colleges who can work with the highest integrity , so we have to stop these corrupts who will make our reputation to the public to be lost. If we lose the president seat the party will die". He said.
At some point , Kikwete warned leaders who are engaged in the sale of assets such as stadiums members and some of them enter into contracts ambiguous .
However, he urged the secretaries and chairmen of districts and provinces to ensure they visit their members to seek other new consolidation for different options for the future
