Veteran musician of dance music, Nguza Viking popular known as Babu Seya and his son Johnson Nguza" Papii Kocha" and their relatives, last Wednesday went out with laughting in the Court of Appeal of Tanzania after being satisfied with the defense provided by their attorney , Mabere Marando , who opposes sentence of life imprisonment.
In front of three judges of the Court, Marando faced with a team of five senior lawyers who are Jackson Brush government , Lighting MWAIPOPO , Imaculate Banzi , Joseph Pande and Apimark Mabruk .
Among the ideas that Marando appeared holding each of the advocates of government is how the Republic convict his clients to use the testimony of children in court of magistrate Kisutu Dar , saying there are procedures to take into evidence of the child , including taping , which was not the case .
Marando was increasingly make clear that in the evidence presented in court that, the show house allegedly subjected to such crime was the secret door used by children to penetrate to the inside without the appearance which later was discovered not true because the house had no door beside the courtyard and veranda .
However, the panel of advocates of the Republic despite facing a hard time from an attorney Marando , continued to insist that the judgment issued against the defendants was appropriate .
After these advocates insist that Marando was given another chance to give his defense , where he continued to define the various offenses committed by the judges to his customers and specify the provisions that appeared to clear a way of winning the case, the state which makes his customers smile and laughter in court.
After reviewing the reference case for the two sides , the panel of judges , including , Salum Satti postponed the case and say will arrange judgment day. In which the prisoners were sent back to prison with laughter and joy with friends and relatives.
