Tanzania and Burundi , once again have missed another East African Community (EAC ) meeting, after the presidents of Kenya , Uganda and Rwanda met in Kigali yesterday . These presidents were expected to discuss ways to strengthen the East African Community through the intensification of infrastructure, economy, business and strategically political federation .
The Act to turn from Tanzania and Burundi which are members of the East African Community , exceeds the suspicions of the community integration .
These two countries have expressed the existence of the trilateral alliance , which goes against the agreement with the EAC treaty .
At that meeting , these presidents , Paul Kagame of Rwanda , Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya , among other things , they expect to sign an agreement to establish one center to collect taxes which will facilitate transport of goods from Mombasa in Kenya , Uganda to Rwanda .
On other hand South Sudan which was invited and approved as a partner in the session.
The meeting comes after the one held in Kampala , Uganda , in June this year held in Mombasa and another in August , where the three leaders suggested an expansion of the Port of Mombasa , to facilitate urgent care product adoption in the region.
Another meeting of the presidents of the 15 African countries , including Tanzania , Rwanda will be held today , at the four-day conference which is expected to prioritize intensification of Internet services in those countries.
According to organizers, more than 1,500 delegates will attend the conference, under the Nativity of President Paul Kagame and dr. Hamadoun I. Toure , Secretary General of the International Telecommunication Technology ( ITU ) .
