BABU SEYA CASE TO BE LISTENED ON 30th CTOBER THIS YEAR

Court of Appeal on October 30 this year is expected to hear references to the judgment issued by the court in case the pillar Viki was ikimkabili musician popularly known as Babu Seya and his sons.
After sentencing, Babu Seya and his son and their attorney Bere Marando requested the return of the verdict.
These references are expected to be heard by the Panel of three judges of the court who is Nathalia Kimaro, Mbarouk Mbarouk and Salum Massati. In the judgment issued in February 2010, the Court ratified the sentence of life imprisonment for Babu Seya and his son, PII free ikimuwaachia pillar with two children Babu Seya, pillar Bangu, and Francis pillar.
