Diamond Platnumz manager 'Babu Tale' arrested by the Police

Manager of international singer Diamond Platnumz, Hamis Tale Tale in Town known as 'Babu Tale' is now in police custody in the High Court in Dar es Salaam.

Babu Tale has been arrested and brought in the court today to express himself is why he could not be imprisoned for failure to implement the judgment of the Court commanded him to pay Tsh250 millions as compensation for offenses of breaking copyright law.

Babu Tale is supposed to pay the money due to break the contract between him and Sheikh Mbonde, to sell and distribute copies (DVDs) without the consent of the sheikh, which is opposed to copyright
