Nzega MP , Dr Khamis Kigwangalla ( CCM ), today is expected to begin collecting signatures to legislators seeking support in a motion of no confidence in the Speaker of Parliament , Anne Makinda claiming that she has been violating the rules of Parliament.
Dr. Kigwangalla he raised a motion of no confidence in the Speaker in the legislative session to explain all the activity to be made by Parliament in the 13th meeting , held on Thursday evening on the porch of Pius Msekwa .

Code says Deputy Speaker , would occupy the Speaker's chair when discussing the move to remove the incumbent Speaker and the Speaker shall have the right to defend himself during the hearing and that the needed votes to remove at least two-thirds of the number of legislators.
